A Wellness Coach will help you move forward on a path of success by creating a wellness plan. A wellness plan is blueprint of what you picture your optimal health and wellness to be and the steps you can take to get you there.

Maki will help you focus on positive and sustainable solutions in goals such as:

  • Starting and maintaining an exercise program
  • Developing healthly eating habits
  • Sleeping better and waking up feeling energized
  • Reducing stress and stress related health disorders
  • The reduction and prevention of health disorders
  • Organizing personal and professional life
  • Time management
  • Quitting smoking and tobacco use
  • Finding time to do the things that bring you joy

*First session is 75 minutes the remaining 11 sessions are 45 minutes

*Wellcoaching sessions can be done via Skype/video chat, teleconference, or face-to-face.

*Sessions expire within 6 months of date of purchase

 

 

Group Training

Specialized group training programs developed for all fitness level and abilities. A minimum of 4 people/group for the class to take place.

Personal Training

Exercise programs are developed from personal health profiles, individual goals, structural and or baseline fitness assessments.

Change your exercise routine every 4-6 weeks to prevent training plateaus – For example, manipulate the training variables, such as the amount of weight, number of sets or repetitions and rest periods between sets and sessions. Changing one or all of your exercises can make a huge difference and give you measurable progress in strength, power and sport performance. Adding something new can also decrease your risk of injury and keep you motivated to stick with your exercise program. Keep your workouts varied. Have fun and stay interested!
